In addition to gathering people's experiences and stories,  we place a high value on engaging in conversation using the data. The way groups are constituted is influenced by various factors, including the data itself. However, we also recognise the importance of sitting down and talking to understand the information, which allows for the natural flow of relationships to occur.

The new information and insight communicate with people's current relationships. Having new information and reproducing the same decisions is common, so we combine creating space for the organisation's collective dynamics to play out while holding the individual data we collected.
